“ Had brunch here several times and it’s always consistent. The Wagyu Noodle is unforgettable — rich but perfectly balanced. The Wagyu & Duck Fried Rice is full of flavour, and the Seafood Basket is light and crispy without being oily. Great coffee, beautiful presentation, and reliable service. One of the best brunch spots in Sydney. ”
“ There is no doubt that the sando is the most recommended. The seafood platter is delicious, and I like the dipping sauce The duck on the fried rice is a little sour. Coffee art is just average, although the bunny is lovely. ”
“ Had dinner with colleagues at Auvers Darling Harbour and it was such a pleasant surprise! I’ve always thought of Auvers as a brunch café, but their dinner menu is just as impressive. Everything we ordered was delicious and authentic. My favourites were the Ice Tiramisu Matcha and the Duck Wagyu Fried Rice — both full of flavour and beautifully done. Definitely coming back for dinner again! ”
“ YUMMY FOOD, BEST SERVICE , FRIENDLY STAFF!!! Especially the matcha pancakes, it’s hugeeee I would recommend to have it together for a group of friends since me and my bf couldn’t finished it Really nice wagyu as well , Would definitely recommend everyone to try it. I LOVE THEIR MATCHA JASMINE ”
“ Great location near Darling Harbour for friend smeet-up. Highly recommend the seafood basket, wagyu rice bowl and dubai waffle. Both dishes and drinks are aesthetic and perfect for photos. ”
“ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review We had a wonderful dinner here with family. The wagyu steak was beautifully cooked – perfectly medium rare, tender and full of flavour. The presentation with the flame added a nice touch without being over the top. The katsu sando was fresh and balanced, and the wagyu noodles were rich yet not heavy. Even the salad was thoughtfully dressed and refreshing. Service was attentive and friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed but polished. A great spot for a casual yet quality dinner. We will definitely be back. ”
“ first time i went to auvers was in 2019 at their rhodes branch, and ive had both their brunch and dinner at their darling square brunch. their pancakes have been a classic on their menu since they opened and it’s only gotten better. their pancakes are so moist and the matcha sauce actually tastes like matcha ! paired with tart raspberry sorbet that cuts right through the rich cream, it makes sense why it’s their signature. their wagyu noodles are almost too pretty to eat. it’s wrapped around the chopsticks and topped with delicious pieces of wagyu, along with a rich bisque-like sauce to pair the noodles with. genuinely so pretty to look at and even better to eat! the ikura rice surprised me and exceeded all expectations. topped generously with ikura and avocado, when mixed in with the crunchy rice and runny egg it was so delicious (even when i was eating it a day later, it was still delicious!) but perhaps my favourite dish was the duck and wagyu fried rice. the rice is fried in the wagyu fat and topped with juicy pieces of duck. my god im still dreaming about it rn. it was so fragrant, so flavourful finally, the strawberry matcha cloud earned the approval of my mum too great matcha taste and it paired great with the strawberry flavour !! all in all, auvers is the place to go if you want a beautiful dining experience <3 ”
“ Can I just say, the food and drinks are delicious! On our trip to Sydney, we ate here twice because it was so good! Black sesame latte and any of the matcha lattes were so GOOD and can I just say barista, Dear, did a phenomenal job crafting them! We didn’t try dinner but the breakfast/brunch was spectacular! Definitely recommend the wagyu burger, wagyu noodles, duck fried rice, and the matcha pancakes! Our group loved the vibe and would definitely go back again when we’re back in Sydney! Thank you, Auvers, for the hospitality! ”
